Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service are entered into between Astrorant and the user. By accessing and using Astrorant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Language and Version of Terms
These Terms of Service are drafted in Italian. The Italian version of these Terms of Service is the only legally binding version and shall prevail in case of disputes or interpretations. All translations of these Terms of Service into other languages are provided solely for informational and reference purposes. In case of discrepancies, contradictions or ambiguities between the Italian version and any translation, the Italian version shall always prevail. It is recommended to always rely exclusively on the Italian version of these Terms of Service for all content and legal interpretations.
3. Service Description
Astrorant is a platform that manages phone reservations for your venue through a voice AI agent. The service answers calls, checks table availability, and records reservations.
4. User Obligations
The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of account access credentials, which must not be transmitted or disclosed, even partially, to third parties. The user agrees to promptly notify Astrorant of any account security breach and/or loss of access credentials, and/or any unauthorized use of the account.
5. Duration and Renewal
These General Conditions are perfected when they are accepted by the Customer, remaining in force for a period of 12 months from the subscription date and will be automatically renewed for subsequent periods of one year each, unless the subscription is cancelled by the Customer in accordance with the provisions.
6. Subscription and Billing
To purchase a subscription and use the Services, the Customer must provide billing information and a valid payment method. Unless the subscription is cancelled, it will be automatically renewed and the fee will be charged to the payment method indicated by the Customer, based on the billing cycle. If a subscription fee charge fails for any reason not attributable to Astrorant, the latter reserves the right to suspend access to the Services until payment of the outstanding amount. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the subscription fee purchased is non-refundable.
7. Service Availability
Astrorant is committed to providing services to customers in a continuous, regular manner and without interruptions, except for necessary ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and repair actions. In case of irregular operation or service interruption, Astrorant is required to take the necessary measures to inform promptly and cause the least possible inconvenience to customers.
8. Efficiency and Effectiveness
Astrorant pursues the progressive improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the services offered to its customers. Astrorant will do what is reasonably necessary to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service.
9. Quality Parameters
Astrorant carries out systematic monitoring and verification of its quality standards with the aim of continuous improvement of the performance provided to customers. Quality standard analyses are periodically carried out in compliance with industry reference standards.
10. Courtesy and Transparency
Astrorant is committed to using maximum courtesy towards the customer, providing employees with appropriate instructions to ensure maximum availability and accessibility of information regarding the services offered.
11. Limitation of Liability
Astrorant shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
12. Modifications to Terms
Astrorant reserves the right to modify these General Conditions, including subscription fees, in the presence of justified reasons, including: reasons of public interest and/or security; reasons related to the correct fulfillment of legislative and/or regulatory obligations; reasons related to legislative and/or regulatory changes; reasons related to the implementation of updates and technical improvements to the Services. Changes will be communicated in writing to the Customer by publication on the Platform and by communication to the e-mail address indicated by the same during registration, with 30 days' notice prior to the effective date of entry into force of the change. If the Customer does not wish to accept the changes, they will have the right to withdraw from these General Conditions within the notice period, by cancelling the subscription to the Services.
13. User Rights
Each customer, individually or through trade associations, may submit observations and/or documents and make suggestions to improve the provision of the service. Astrorant guarantees that each user may exercise the right of access to information concerning them in the possession of the same organization, as well as the data subject's rights regarding data processing in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 ("GDPR").
14. Privacy Protection
Astrorant guarantees the maximum confidentiality of information provided by customers, which cannot be used, except with the direct consent of the data subject or at the request of competent authorities, for purposes other than the provision and billing of the service. The customer will always have the right to access, rectify and delete information concerning them held by Astrorant.
15. Service Complaints
In compliance with Resolutions No. 179/03/CSP and 278/04/CSP, Astrorant ensures customers the right to submit, without additional charges, complaints and reports by phone, in writing, by fax or via e-mail, relating to malfunctions or inefficiencies of the service, non-compliance with contractual clauses or this service charter, as well as guaranteed quality levels. Astrorant is committed to evaluating the validity of the complaint and, where possible, to communicate to the customer the outcome of its evaluation within a reasonable time frame. In case of acceptance of the complaint, Astrorant will communicate to the customer the measures taken to resolve the issues found. If a refund is due, it will be paid by credit to the first useful billing cycle.
